In addition to Wild Yam (dioscorea villosa), contains:

Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus): a herb that traditionally has been used to support menstrual irregularities, PMS, and menopause.
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): an Ayurvedic herb that has been traditionally used as a hormone balancer and a female tonic.
